We can all agree that most weight-loss diets focus on eliminating certain foods that you put into your body, which is important because there are foods that are not only unhealthy for you, but actually are devoid of all nutritional value.

In addition to healthier nutritional choices, there are those who take potentially dangerous diet pills or even have expensive surgery to get rid of the unwanted fat only to regain everything they lost and then some. They try to change the physical body but don’t address the emotional issues that lead to weight gain.
